Service Description

This module focuses on how to effectively gather, analyze, and document requirements that accurately reflect stakeholder needs. Participants will learn proven requirements gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, observation, document analysis, and surveys, as well as when each method is most appropriate to apply. The course also covers best practices for structuring and documenting requirements using industry-standard artifacts, including the Business Requirements Document (BRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases. Emphasis is placed on clarity, traceability, and validation to ensure that requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business goals. By the end of the module, participants will be able to confidently engage stakeholders, identify both functional and non-functional requirements, and create clear documentation that serves as a reliable foundation for design, development, and implementation.
