The course is a practical guide with specific steps on how to create personalized GPT assistants, adapted to specific roles, processes and business needs. Participants will learn to define goals, roles, behaviors and constraints of their GPT so that it works consistently and reliably. The focus is on real business applications – HR assistants, internal policy and process assistants, analysts, communication and operational systems. The module covers adding knowledge, setting work rules, selecting active capabilities and testing the results. It is suitable for business professionals who want an AI assistant that works their way, respects context, standards and rules, and supports daily work without the need for programming.
