This module illustrates how ChatGPT can be used as a partner for leadership and professional communication – when preparing emails, executive summaries, presentations and conducting conversations with clients or stakeholders. The focus is on achieving clarity, structure and impact, not on “automatic writing”. Participants will learn to adapt their messages to different audiences, simplify complex or technical information and build convincing arguments. The module also includes working with scripts for negotiations, conflict situations, feedback and coaching, where ChatGPT supports the preparation, but does not replace human judgment. It is suitable for business professionals and leaders who want more stable and reasoned-based communication, more significant influence and less tension and conflict in key conversations, using ChatGPT as an intelligent assistant, not a replacement.
