Service Description

This module introduces the basic tools that business analysts use to analyze information, collaborate with stakeholders, and support successful project execution. Participants will be exposed to widely used industry platforms and will understand how and when to apply them effectively in a real project environment. The course covers tools for requirements management, process modeling, data analysis, documentation, and team collaboration. The emphasis is on practical use, choosing the right approach according to the context, and understanding that tools support, but do not replace, strong analytical thinking and effective communication. At the end of the module, participants will be able to confidently handle the basic "toolbox" of the business analyst, understand where each method is positioned in the analysis life cycle, and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams using modern, industry-standard platforms. Language: Materials and teaching in English. In case of misunderstanding of terms or concepts, the explanations will switch to Bulgarian.
