Service Description

The course is aimed at developing practical skills for preparing the most significant project documentation in planning, administering and managing software projects. The training provides a systematic and applicable approach to creating the key documents necessary for the successful implementation, monitoring and reporting of a software project. During the course, participants will be introduced to good practices, templates and real-world examples that can be directly applied in a professional environment. Main topics in the course: How to prepare a project plan - Defining the main activities and the deadlines associated with them in a software project. How to prepare a resource allocation scheme Planning and allocating human, technical and time resources according to the needs of the project. How to prepare a risk register and a risk mitigation plan Identifying, analyzing and assessing risks, as well as developing effective measures for their management. How to prepare a stakeholder register Identifying stakeholders, analyzing their influence and planning communication with them. How to prepare a financial plan Cost estimation, budgeting, cost tracking and financial control of the project. How to prepare a report on the current state of the project Creating periodic status reports on progress, current tasks, blocking dependencies and key project indicators. How to prepare a change request Documenting, evaluating and managing changes to the scope, deadlines or budget of the software project. Learning outcomes: After completing the course, participants will be able to independently prepare and maintain the full set of project documentation necessary for the effective administration and management of a software project, in accordance with established standards and good practices.
