Service Description

This module provides participants with the key data analysis and decision-making skills needed in today’s business world. They will learn how to work with business data to identify trends, measure performance and support evidence-based decision-making. The course covers core concepts such as defining and interpreting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), analyzing data sets, assessing impact and feasibility, and comparing alternative solutions using structured techniques such as Cost-Benefit Analysis, prioritization methods and risk assessment. The emphasis is on comparing solutions not only from a technical perspective, but also from a business, operational and strategic perspective. By the end of the module, participants will be able to use data analysis to support their recommendations, objectively evaluate different alternatives and options, and confidently argue their solutions to stakeholders through clear and structured thinking. Language: Materials and teaching in English. If you do not understand any terms or concepts, the explanations will be in Bulgarian.
