Service Description

This module demonstrates how business professionals and business analysts can use ChatGPT to improve communication, leadership effectiveness, and daily work automation. Participants will understand how AI can facilitate clear messaging, stakeholder engagement, and validate leadership decisions without replacing human judgment. The course covers practical applications such as crafting professional emails and presentations, adapting tone to different audiences, preparing for negotiations and feedback conversations, and automating repetitive business tasks through structured prompts and no-code workflows. The emphasis is on clarity, ethical use of AI, and real-world applicability in the workplace. By the end of the module, participants will be able to effectively use ChatGPT to improve communication, develop more leadership activities, and create automations that save time, increase team productivity, and improve work quality.
