This module examines the role of business analysis in an Agile environment, focusing on how analysts contribute to continuous value creation through close collaboration, rapid feedback, and iterative refinement of requirements. Participants will learn how business analysis fits into Agile frameworks such as Scrum, and how the role of the business analyst adapts to traditional, plan-oriented approaches. The course covers practical topics such as writing and refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, conducting backlog refinement, and collaborating with the Product Owner, developers, and QA teams. The focus is on maintaining clarity, consistency, and direction while working within tight deadlines and delivery cycles. By the end of the module, participants will be able to effectively work as business analysts in Agile teams, supporting product feature planning, development during sprints, and ensuring that delivered solutions are fully aligned with stakeholder needs and business objectives. Language: Materials and teaching in English. In case of misunderstanding of terms or concepts, the explanations will be switched to Bulgarian.
