This module introduces the basics of ChatGPT and effective prompting in a business context. Participants will understand how ChatGPT works, what can actually be achieved with its help, and what its limitations and risks are. The focus is on structured instruction setting so that AI produces clear, accurate, and actionable results. The module presents a proven prompting model used in real business situations – writing emails, summarizing documents, analyzing, and making decisions. Through short practical exercises, participants will build a habit of “talking” to ChatGPT like a professional assistant, not a simple chatbot. No technical or programming skills are required. It is suitable for business professionals who want to save time, achieve more meaningful answers, and have control over the quality of AI results.
