ChatGPT for Business Professionals

Use ChatGPT strategically – for analysis, decisions and automation. This course is a practical training for business professionals who want to use ChatGPT as a real AI assistant, not just a chatbot. Participants will learn how to apply ChatGPT for: - business analysis and decision making (SWOT, CBA, scenarios, decision trees) - structured prompting for clear and reliable results - data interpretation (Excel/CSV) without programming - professional communication and leadership support - automation of repetitive tasks and workflows Special focus is placed on: Agent Mode – use ChatGPT as an autonomous agent that performs multi-step tasks, creates documents, reports, presentations and coordinates workflows. Deep Research – delegation of in-depth market, competitive and technology research, with clearly structured and actionable business reports. The course is fully oriented towards real business cases, proven analytical methods and practical exercises that you can immediately apply in your work. The program is suitable for: Any business professional and student who wants to increase their productivity many times over. Method of delivery: The courses are online meetings every Tuesday and Thursday from 18:30 to 20:00, starting on 17.03.2026 to 08.04.2026, as well as two sessions on Wednesday 18.03 and 08.04 (total 9 modules + final project).
