AI Business Analyst

Build strong business analysis skills that will bring you real results. Participants in the program will go through the entire business analysis lifecycle — from understanding business and stakeholder needs, through gathering and documenting requirements, to modeling processes, analyzing data, evaluating solutions, and working in an Agile environment. The courses combine proven BA frameworks with practical tools used in modern organizations. Special emphasis is placed on the application of AI (including ChatGPT) in a business environment to accelerate processes, increase clarity, and drive better decision-making — without programming. You will learn how to turn ideas into requirements, prepare clear user stories and acceptance criteria, interpret data, compare different scenarios, and communicate your conclusions as a senior analyst. The course is highly practical and ends with a final project in which you will apply the entire business analyst toolkit to a realistic case study and create your own product at a professional level. At the end of the course, you will be able to: – Analyze business problems and define clear, value-oriented solutions – Collect, document and validate requirements confidently – Model and optimize business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE) – Use data to support decisions and prioritization – Apply useful practices from Agile Business Analysis – Use AI as a daily work assistant for interpretation, communication and automation – Prepare for applications, interviews and career development as a business analyst The program is suitable for future business analysts, people in the process of career change, beginning professionals and business roles that are moving towards a more analytical focus. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 18:30 to 20:00 on Zoom The materials and lectures are in English, and in case of ambiguity of terms/concepts, the explanations are switched to Bulgarian.
